AIG is seeking a Lead Sourcing Specialist in the Tech Category to drive strategic sourcing for technology hardware, software and services. You will support negotiations, market analyses, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize cost, quality, and service levels.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, KPI/SLAs reporting, and strong supplier relationships within a primarily in-office environment. A bachelor's degree and 1+ years in strategic sourcing are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Experience supporting end-to-end sourcing initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, assess risks, and model costs.
• Excellent relationship management skills to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with procurement and sourcing to streamline workflows and generate insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, IT, engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Execute comprehensive category strategies for technology hardware, software, and services, driving cost, quality, and service levels.
• Perform market analyses to identify technology trends, cost reduction opportunities, and supply risks.
• Support cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs on negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, and licensing agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
• Initiate continuous improvements to reduce cycle times and increase cost savings in technology sourcing.
• Develop relationships with key technology suppliers and internal stakeholders for effective vendor management.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs and SLAs for technology suppliers to ensure performance and compliance.
