Cybersearch, LTD. is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing lead for Global Technology Services.

This contract role focuses on 3rd Party Expense Management and Category Strategy across FinOps, End User Support, and IT Management Services, with emphasis on SaaS and cloud-based enterprise applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and manage supplier relationships while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advanced strategic sourcing experience in technology.
• Deep understanding of technology sourcing principles and contract law.
• Proven track record negotiating SaaS and cloud-based enterprise applications at scale.
• Ability to concisely convey contracting options and recommended path forward.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories and cost targets.
• Lead complex contract negotiations with suppliers for favorable terms.
• Manage master agreements including legal terms and conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and perform TCO analyses.
