Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Senior Manager, Category Management to lead the Enterprise Aligned Technology Category Management team within ESO. You will develop strategies across AI, cloud, software, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, partnering with senior leaders to optimize technology investments and drive value.

You will oversee negotiations, supplier governance and mentor managers through growth and transformation, balancing business priorities and market insights for sustainable results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology sourcing, category management, procurement or related commercial discipline.
• 12+ years preferred.
• 3-5 years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Aligned Technology Category Management team within ESO.
• Develop category strategies across AI, Cloud, software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, hardware and services.
• Partner with senior Technology, Data, Finance, Risk and business leaders to optimize investments and manage risk.
• Lead negotiations and supplier relationships with strategic impact.
• Build and develop a growing team of category management professionals.
