Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Category Manager to own and strategically source goods and services globally within Worldwide Operations. You will lead category strategy, cross-functional sourcing, and supplier negotiations to deliver savings and drive procurement excellence.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, leverage data for decision making, and champion AI-enabled renewal and supplier insights to scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, VBA).
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics.
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience leading large, complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Establish global category sourcing strategies and lead cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate contracts to optimize Amazon's competitive position across WW Ops.
• Identify and report savings and value targets for all category activities.
• Collaborate with business teams, finance, legal, and procurement operations.
• Drive AI/automation to modernize procurement processes across the organization.
