Job summary

AppsFlyer is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel based in the United States to lead commercial contract negotiations and privacy matters across the business. You will partner with Sales, Procurement, R&D, Product, Security and Finance, while integrating into AppsFlyer’s global legal team.

You’ll draft and close master services, SaaS and license agreements, advise on data protection, and help scale the company through compliant, business-focused guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial and technology law experience.
• Experience handling complex tech-related commercial matters.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and close commercial and technology contracts (MSAs, SaaS, licenses).
• Coordinate issues with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Security and IT.
• Provide timely, practical legal advice on regulatory and privacy matters.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and internal policies.
