Job summary

AppsFlyer is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel based in the United States to lead commercial contract negotiations and privacy matters for a wide range of deals, partnering with Sales, Procurement, R&D, Product, Security and Finance.

You’ll be part of AppsFlyer’s global legal team, drafting and closing agreements, maintaining templates, and providing practical, business‑oriented legal advice to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial and technology law experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex tech contracts.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
• Experience in SaaS or big data businesses.
• Strong negotiation and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and close commercial and technology contracts.
• Coordinate issues with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other groups across the company.
• Provide timely, practical legal advice on commercial, regulatory and privacy matters.
• Develop and maintain company contract templates and internal policies.
