Findhelp, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Commercial Counsel to lead complex enterprise negotiations and shape the sales contracts for our fast-growing SaaS platform. You will work directly with enterprise buyers, procurement teams, and customer counsel to balance risk with business goals.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams on privacy, data handling, and AI governance while improving contract playbooks and processes.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. degree and active bar membership in good standing.
• 10+ years of legal experience, with 2–3 years in-house at a fast-growing B2B SaaS or tech scale-up.
• Proven experience in high-stakes, customer-facing commercial negotiations with Enterprise procurement teams.
• Business-first mindset translating complex legal issues into practical advice for non-legal stakeholders.
• Autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment and ability to wear multiple hats.

Aufgaben

• Enterprise Deals: represent the company in complex enterprise B2B negotiations with client counsel and procurement.
• Drive Deal Velocity: streamline closing processes with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Ops.
• Draft & Refine Templates: improve MSAs, SLAs, ToS, and DPAs.
• Privacy & Product Counseling: ensure DPAs and data practices comply with GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA and AI governance.
• Legal Operations & Scaling: improve workflows, train teams, and support vendor/non-commercial contracts.
