U.S. citizenship is required; the role is on-site with potential after-hours work and on-call rotations. You will troubleshoot Proliant servers, manage cases, and coordinate engineering support to meet SLA targets.

Competenze

• 7+ years of Linux experience with hardware troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating on technical/service projects.
• Comfortable participating in on-call rotations.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal role.

Mansioni

• Lead onsite team for a federal customer and act as lead escalation point for operations and customer matters.
• Perform hands-on hardware troubleshooting and replacement on ProLiant servers and high-performance storage systems.
• Support site lead in customer meetings to review cases, schedule engineering support, and conduct monthly SLA reviews.
• Own case management lifecycle: ensure cases are opened, assigned, escalated, and resolved within SLA timelines.
• Provide accurate tracking of parts and inventory, monitor inbound/outbound activity, and log escalations.
• Stay informed on all facility matters and support the site when the lead is unavailable.
