Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on hardware troubleshooting and replacement on Proliant Servers and high-performance storage.
• Support site-lead in customer meetings, review cases, and schedule engineering support.
• Own case management lifecycle: open, assign, escalate, and resolve within SLA.
• Track parts and inventory, monitor inbound/outbound activity, log escalations.
• Support site operations when lead is unavailable.
