You will manage cases, coordinate engineering support, participate in monthly SLA reviews, and support site operations while working on-site M-F 8-5, with potential after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Linux experience with strong hardware troubleshooting.
• 3+ years collaborating on projects and working with a team in a technical or service environment.
• Comfortable participating in on-call and standby rotations.
• 8+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, 11+ years total experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite team for a federal customer to ensure operational excellence.
• Perform hands-on hardware troubleshooting and replacement on Proliant servers and storage.
• Support site-lead in customer meetings, reviews, and SLA compliance.
• Own case management lifecycle: open, assign, escalate, and resolve within SLA timelines.
• Track parts and inventory and log escalations; support site when lead is out.
