Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Software & Platforms tech industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build plans, workstreams, and operating models.
• Drive execution alongside client teams, removing barriers and ensuring lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake and track ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations.
• Build project infrastructure: workplans, governance, decisions, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress to executives.
• Lead workstreams end-to-end; design approach, manage work, deliver outputs.
• Own quality and client readiness across deliverables.
• Support business development; proposals and shaping new opportunities.
• Lead client relationships day-to-day and coordinate across streams.
• Develop junior team members and provide authentic feedback.
• Travel: Average 40–50% (up to 80% as needed).
