Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned consultant to help top technology and AI companies execute critical transformations. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable ROI while managing stakeholders and developing junior talent.

This role offers exposure to four domains including Platform Services, AI Compute, and Transformation + Value, with significant client interaction and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.
• Strong client communication and the ability to influence senior executives.
• Experience delivering complex, high-impact engagements; AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies into action by building implementation plans and operating models.
• Drive execution alongside client teams, removing barriers and ensuring lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake and track ROI of transformation initiatives.
• Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress and decisions to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish with quality outputs.
• Own quality across all team deliverables and maintain client-readiness.
• Support business development and help grow client relationships.
• Develop junior team members through feedback and ownership opportunities.
• Travel: average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
