Accenture is seeking a seasoned consultant to help leading technology and AI clients translate strategy into real-world results. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape end-to-end transformations, and deliver tangible ROI across platforms, AI, and data initiatives.

You will influence executives, drive complex programs, and mentor junior staff in fast-paced environments, with frequent travel and high accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Software & Platforms tech industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models for technology companies.
• Drive execution alongside client teams; remove barriers, manage stakeholders, and ensure initiatives land with lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery against it; help clients understand and capture ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations; including AI-related spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress and recommendations clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish; design the approach, manage the work, and deliver outputs ready for the client.
