• Size the value at stake for transformations and track ROI in real time.
• Lead cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI spend.
• Build project infrastructure: workplans, governance, risk logs, and decision records.
• Develop client-ready materials to communicate progress to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams end-to-end; deliver outputs ready for client review.
• Ensure coherence and client-readiness across deliverables.
