Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior consultant to help world-class technology and AI clients execute critical transformations. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, lead client workstreams, and drive measurable ROI across large-scale initiatives.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality client-ready outputs while developing junior colleagues and contributing to business development. Expect travel to support engagements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Software & Platforms tech industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build the implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models for transformation.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams; remove barriers, manage stakeholders, ensure initiatives land with lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery against it; show ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI-related spend.
• Build the project infrastructure that keeps complex engagements running: workplans, governance, logs, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress, decisions, and recommendations to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; design approach, manage work, deliver outputs ready for client.
• Own quality across everything the team produces; coherence, rigor, and client-readiness as standard.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals, shape POV on opportunities, grow client relationships.
• Lead the client relationship day-to-day; manage communications, set expectations, build trust.
• Keep internal delivery on track; coordinate across workstreams and ensure correct focus.
• Develop junior team members; provide feedback, create ownership opportunities, invest in growth.
• Travel: Average 40–50% (up to 80% as needed).
