Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consulting professional to help technology and AI leaders translate strategy into action across large-scale transformations. You will shape operating models, manage workstreams, and deliver measurable impact for clients at speed and scale.

You will travel 40-50% on average (up to 80% as needed). A bachelor's degree is required, and at least 3 years of experience in tech or consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans and operating models.
• Drive execution with client teams; remove barriers and ensure lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams end-to-end; deliver outputs ready for the client.
• Own quality across deliverables; ensure client-readiness.
• Support business development and nurture client relationships.
• Develop junior team members with constructive feedback and growth opportunities.
