Accenture is hiring a senior consultant in the US to help technology and AI leaders turn strategy into scalable results. You will guide complex transformations, partnering with clients to drive measurable impact across AI, data, and platform initiatives.

You will lead workstreams, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while traveling 40–50% as needed to deliver value across industries.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Software & Platforms tech industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans, workstreams, operating models.
• Drive execution alongside client teams; remove barriers and ensure lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations.
• Develop client-ready materials for executive stakeholders.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish; manage the approach and deliver outputs.
• Develop junior team members and invest in their growth.
