MAP SSG is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to lead technology transactions from intake through execution, advising startups to public companies. This remote U.S. role prioritizes SaaS, licensing, vendor and IP agreements, with a focus on leveraging AI-powered workflows.

You will own complex negotiations, draft playbooks, and partner with product teams to advance AI-enabled legal tools. Competitive compensation includes base, 15% bonus, and meaningful equity.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership in good standing.
• At least eight years of commercial contracts and technology-transactions experience.
• Meaningful commercial practice experience at a leading law firm, ideally an AmLaw or technology-focused firm.
• Demoonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex transactions.
