• Handle a broad range of agreements involving SaaS, cloud services, software, data licensing and use, AI and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and other specialists to develop coordinated advice.
• Bring technology expertise to strategic transactions and develop contracting playbooks and processes, including AI usage.
