Job summary

PwC is seeking a Responsible AI Senior Associate in the United States to advise on privacy laws and data protection, helping clients implement privacy controls and risk assessments. You will mentor juniors, liaise with cross-functional teams, and translate technical concepts into practical guidance for client engagements.

You will analyze complex issues, interpret regulatory changes, and support governance across AI, privacy, and data risk disciplines within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Preferred certifications in AI, risk management, privacy, or digital governance (e.g., AIGP, CIPM, NIST AI RMF).

Responsibilities

• Support Responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements into business, process and data controls.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables: presentations, reports, policies and playbooks.
• Evaluate AI use cases across risk dimensions: fairness, privacy, transparency, safety, accountability.
• Collaborate with business, legal, risk, data, tech, cybersecurity and AI teams.
• Advise internal stakeholders and clients on privacy laws and data protection.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and document findings.
• Review policies to identify data handling gaps and update controls.
• Translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for business teams.
• Interpret regulatory changes affecting privacy, data risk and AI requirements.
• Support responses to privacy questions, incidents, regulatory inquiries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align data protection with business needs.
• Guide junior team members and provide feedback on deliverables.
• Support data breach investigations and records management activities.
