Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior Counsel for AI & Legal Technology to advise on AI, product development, and legal tech. You will report to the General Counsel and partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Strategy to balance risk with speed.

This role requires deep knowledge of U.S. and international AI regulation, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to translate complex laws into practical guidance for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of AI regulatory landscape (US & international).
• Experience advising on technology transactions, licensing, and data/privacy.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-lawyers.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills across enterprise agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to legal advisor for AI, product development and marketing.
• Monitor AI law developments and translate into actionable guidance.
• Develop internal policies and terms enabling fast, compliant growth.
• Review AI-specific terms in customer/vendor agreements and materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Partner, and Strategy teams to support initiatives.
