Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build teammate relationships in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and act as Manager On Duty in absence of other managers.
• Train, develop, and supervise team members across the store.
• Ensure customer readiness, product facing, and stock levels meet Fleet Farm standards.
• Guide resolution of customer issues to maintain a frictionless experience.
