Job summary

Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead 1-3 store sales zones, ensuring a consistent customer experience and strong merchandising execution. You will coach and mentor the team, develop development plans, and hire and manage performance to meet budget goals.

You will oversee staffing to optimize customer readiness and in-stock levels, promote loyalty initiatives, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3 years of management experience within a Big Box retailer preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment.
• Direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full- time and part-time team members.
• Decisive in implementing solutions, planning and delegating tasks, monitoring and achieving goals, and adapting to change.
• Flexible schedule with availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-3 sales zones/departments with focus on customer experience, trip assurance, and visual merchandising.
• Teach, train, coach, and mentor team to achieve Best in Class execution and service.
• Develop and execute individual development plans for direct and indirect reports.
• Staff per budget; hire, train, and manage performance of all team members.
• Ensure customer readiness standards and in-stock levels for trip assurance.
• Set and merchandize end caps with appropriate signage; promote loyalty programs.
