Qualifications

• Ability to direct and motivate a diverse team of full-time and part-time members.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and lead Team Members within assigned zone.
• Prioritize and execute daily merchandising needs.
• Provide in-aisle customer service and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure proper facing of products and zone recovery.
• Execute price changes and tabloid set processes consistently.
• Coordinate with Resets and Project Coordinator for floor merchandising resets.
• Read and implement planograms by deadlines.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and credit card initiatives.
