Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Senior Team Lead in Germantown, WI to drive exceptional customer experience through trip assurance, merchandising, and product knowledge. This role supports opening and closing duties and trains to advance into management.

You will lead store operations, supervise team members, uphold Fleet Farm standards, and coordinate with management on projects while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build teammate relationships.
• Direct and motivate a diverse teammate population.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written.
• Comfortable speaking and conducting training.

Responsibilities

• Review key areas of store operations including team members, customer experience, and sales growth.
• Act as Manager On Duty and oversee all store areas in the absence of other managers.
• Ensure Fleet Farm rewards program is understood and executed by all employees.
• Provide guidance and oversee customer-related issues to ensure a frictionless experience.
• Train, develop, and supervise team members throughout the store.
• Maintain in-stock levels and proper facing; ensure zone maintenance.
• Coordinate with management on special projects and input for performance reviews.
• Maintain safe work standards and support shrink reduction initiatives.
