You will oversee onboarding, pre-hire checks, and support for business development and recruiting, coordinating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Recruiting to resolve workflow issues and support account growth.

Responsibilities include improving processes, defining SLAs tied to revenue, coaching team members, and ensuring scalable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
• 8+ years in business operations or related roles with cross-functional duties.
• Experience coordinating complex workflows and guiding others.
• Experience with BH ATS, CRM, VMS, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for Federal Services accounts, coordinate workflows and align with client revenue goals.
• Provide coaching and training; manage onboarding, invoicing and AP/AR support.
• Focus on operational reporting, data quality, and performance visibility across systems.
• Own SkillBridge program operations and hiring pipeline maintenance for veterans.
