Defense Unicorns seeks a senior Federal enablement leader to partner with the Federal organization, driving scalable playbooks, operating cadences, and disciplined deal inspection across Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery, Finance and Operations.

You will translate enterprise-wide processes into Federal-specific execution, build onboarding materials, and ensure rapid ramp for new hires while maintaining focus on customers, pipeline, and strategic growth in a fast-moving Federal business.

Qualifications

• Senior operator who can turn ambiguity into structure and drive execution across GTM, Product, Sales, Delivery, and Ops.
• Federal experience is helpful but not required; strong judgment, follow-through, and ability to earn trust across teams.

Responsabilités

• Support Federal enablement needs with Sales Enablement and Sales Operations.
• Translate company-wide sales processes into clear Federal expectations and execution rhythms.
• Build and maintain operating cadences for Federal leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Inspect weekly reporting, identify gaps or risks, and follow up until closed.
• Track commitments from pipeline reviews, leadership discussions, customer meetings, and internal deal reviews.
• Standardize how Federal teams prepare, report, elevate, and execute with practical processes.
• Identify and fill Federal onboarding gaps for new Federal hires.
• Help new hires ramp faster with clearer expectations of the Federal motion.
• Inspect priority deals to ensure next steps, risks, ownership, pricing, and procurement path are clear.
• Review PWIN assumptions for accuracy and alignment with customer reality.
• Lead or support strategic Federal projects requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Provide surge support on priority opportunities and assist with strategic pricing efforts.
