Ryan seeks a Senior Consultant, Tax Technology to partner with internal stakeholders and external clients. You will analyze tax processes, design scalable solutions, and perform ETL activities with tools like Alteryx and Power Platform. You will mentor colleagues and deliver high-quality client outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven tax technology delivery, dashboarding, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in consulting, business analysis, or tax technology.
• Experience with ETL, data analysis, and low-code/no-code tools preferred.
• Experience with dashboards, reports, and client-facing deliverables.
• Familiarity with ERP/tax engines and data integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify business challenges.
• Perform requirements analysis, process design, and data evaluation.
• Configure solutions and support ETL activities and testing.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to high-quality client outcomes.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
