Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Technology in the United States to partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to design scalable tax solutions. You will leverage Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver data-driven insights and automate processes.

The role involves requirements analysis, process design, ETL, testing, and documentation, with mentorship of team members and a focus on high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, technology, data analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, or related professional services.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools, ETL, data visualization, and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team experience through collaboration, accountability, and professional conduct.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members on business analysis, data analysis, solution documentation, testing, and tax technology delivery practices.
• Review work products for accuracy, completeness, data integrity, and overall quality.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, global counterparts, technology teams, tax subject matter experts, and client-facing delivery teams.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
