Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Technology to partner with internal and external stakeholders, analyze tax processes, and design scalable solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and Power Platform. The role emphasizes data-driven delivery, mentoring, and client outcomes.

You will perform requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, and documentation while configuring solutions to improve efficiency across tax, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, ETL, or related services.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools, ETL, data visualization, and reporting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, Alteryx, Power Platform, Power BI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and design scalable tax technology solutions.
• Perform requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, ETL activities, and testing.
• Configure solutions, create documentation, and support client outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support tax, finance, and operations decisions.
• Interface with clients and internal teams to manage project life cycles.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, technology, data analytics, or a related field
