Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Technology to partner with stakeholders and clients to identify business challenges, analyze tax processes and systems, and design scalable, data-driven solutions. You will perform requirements analysis, design, ETL, configuration, testing, and documentation using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Mentoring and client outcomes are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, information systems or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, ETL, or related services.
• Experience with tax, finance, or ERP environments preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools and data visualization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Provide status updates and manage communication throughout projects.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service issues.
