Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Technology to partner with internal stakeholders and external clients, identifying business challenges and designing scalable tax solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and the Microsoft Power Platform. The role includes requirements analysis, design, ETL, testing, and documentation to drive client value.

You will mentor teammates, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to high-quality outcomes in tax technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, or ETL.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools, ETL, data visualization, and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team experience through collaboration and professional conduct.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members on analysis, documentation, testing, and tax technology delivery.
• Review work products for accuracy, completeness, data integrity, and quality.
• Interface with stakeholders to understand needs and translate requirements into functional designs.
• Develop and deliver client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
