Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant in Tax Technology to partner with internal stakeholders and clients, identifying business challenges, designing scalable tax solutions, and delivering data-driven results using Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will perform requirements analysis, ETL, testing, documentation, and provide mentoring while contributing to high-quality client outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, ETL, or related professional services.
• Experience in tax, finance, accounting, ERP, or client solutions environments preferred.
• Experience analyzing complex processes and translating into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
