Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant in Tax Technology to partner with internal stakeholders and external clients. You will analyze tax processes, design scalable solutions, and deliver data-driven tax technologies using Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, ETL, or related professional services environment.
• Experience with tax, finance, accounting, enterprise tech, or client solutions environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, data analysis, testing, and implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout projects.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver high-quality client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
• Create, configure, implement, test, and support business and technology solutions.
• Build, execute, and document test scenarios to ensure solution quality and performance.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Identify risks and elevate issues to support timely resolution.
