Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Technology to partner with internal stakeholders and support external clients in identifying business challenges, analyzing tax processes, and designing scalable data-driven solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will perform requirements analysis, data evaluation, ETL, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to deliver high-quality client outcomes while mentoring teammates and contributing to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, technology, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, data analysis, ETL, or related professional services environment.
• Experience with tax, finance, accounting, ERP, or client solutions environments preferred.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into actionable solutions.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools and ETL processes preferred.
• Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, Alteryx, Power Platform are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project life cycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver high-quality client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries, technical questions, and service-related matters.
