Job summary

BDO USA, a leading accounting and advisory firm, seeks a Core Tax Services Senior Manager in Minnesota. You will advise clients on tax implications, lead complex engagements, and drive strategies that minimize taxes while ensuring compliance across federal/state agencies.

You will supervise teams, develop expertise in areas like ASC 740, and represent the firm in marketing, networking and business development within your practice area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in accounting, finance or taxation.
• Eight or more years of tax experience and supervisory experience.
• CPA, Attorney (US) or Enrolled Agent required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax implications and compliance strategies.
• Lead and supervise engagement teams; review work products.
• Develop and communicate tax strategies; participate in client relations.
• Apply ASC 740/FIN 48 knowledge; discuss tax provisions with clients.
