Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Managing Director in Minnesota to advise clients on tax implications, lead engagements, and mentor staff. The role involves supervision, client development, and applying international and domestic tax expertise to optimize outcomes.

You will work with partners and leadership to drive strategy, ensure compliance, and deliver high-value tax solutions while managing relationships with federal/state authorities and clients.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of tax experience required.
• CPA, Attorney or EA certification required.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client compliance and manage engagements.
• Research and report analysis for complex tax issues.
• Apply FAS 109 and FIN 48 and related policies.
• Develop tax strategies to maximize client benefits.
