Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Core Tax Services Senior Manager to advise clients on tax implications, develop strategies, and lead tax teams across engagements. You will evaluate compliance options, communicate risks, and participate in leadership, marketing, and business development within your area of specialization.

The role emphasizes executive presence, client relationship management, and the ability to present complex tax issues to clients and regulatory bodies as part of an integrated tax

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of tax experience or equivalent in public accounting, private industry, or consulting.
• CPA certification, Attorney, or EA (or equivalent) required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred

Responsibilities

• Advises clients on tax implications and optimal compliance paths.
• Reviews tax provisions and supports ASC 740 / FIN 48 applications.
• Leads and mentors tax staff and associates on research and project execution.
• Develops tax strategies and client services plans; communicates risks and recommendations.
