Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Core Tax Services Senior Manager to advise clients on tax implications, manage complex issues and guide filing and compliance strategies.

You will lead a region leadership team, drive tax research, ASC 740 compliance, and client relations, while mentoring staff and contributing to business development.

This role requires extensive tax experience, strong communication, and the ability to deliver strategic tax solutions across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Master’s in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax implications and compliance strategies.
• Lead research and ASC 740 tax accruals.
• Develop tax strategies to minimize client taxes.
• Supervise associates and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with business development and client relations.
