BDO USA seeks a Core Tax Services Senior Manager to advise clients on tax implications, evaluate actions to lessen tax burden, and manage complex questions with federal and state agencies. You will lead a regional leadership team, contribute to marketing and business development, and mentor staff in tax research and strategy.

Ideal candidates have extensive tax experience, leadership skills, and CPA/EA or equivalent credentials.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of tax experience in public accounting or related fields.
• CPA, Attorney (admitted) or EA certification required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in Accounting/Taxation.
• Strong leadership and client relationship management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop associates and seniors on projects.
• Provide high-level tax planning and ASC 740 guidance to clients.
• Lead research, strategy development, and client communications.
• Manage tax provisions, reviews, and responses with agencies.
• Contribute to marketing, business development, and leadership.
