EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements, leads tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals, and drives business development while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
10+ years of progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals.
8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex individual and business returns.
Recent Public Accounting experience.
CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and collaborate with Partners to deliver excellent service.
Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
Apply knowledge of hedge fund K‑1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
Perform primary review of complex tax returns for technical accuracy and documentation.
Provide proactive tax planning insights to clients and support meetings/presentations.
Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; address margin risks and inefficiencies.
Coach, train, and evaluate staff; assist with recruiting and onboarding.
Leverage tax technology and data tools to improve efficiency and quality.
Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship expansion.
Stay current on tax law changes and ensure quality service delivery across the firm.
