Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role offers flexibility in office location with the option to work fully remote, and involves overseeing multiple client engagements, leadership, business development, and staff growth.

The ideal candidate will have substantial tax experience with ultra-high net worth individuals, strong leadership, and a track record in client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field required.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, complex returns.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and collaborate with Partners.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Review complex tax returns for technical accuracy and documentation.
• Provide proactive tax planning insights and support client meetings.
• Monitor budgets, realization, and team utilization; manage profitability.
• Coach, train and recruit staff, and contribute to team development.
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to improve efficiency.
• Participate in business development and expand client relationships.
• Stay current on tax law changes and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Education
