EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice in Pasadena, with a hybrid work model. You will supervise engagements, lead tax planning for ultra-high-net-worth clients, and contribute to business development and staff growth.

The role requires CPA or Enrolled Agent status, 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting, and expertise in hedge fund K-1s, trusts, estates, and related entities. Travel to local client sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specializing in complex technical individuals and business.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.
• Master’s Degree in Taxation or relevant field preferred.
• Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business.
• Experience using CCH Axcess Tax software.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, including hedge funds and related entities.
• Engage with clients to deliver innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions.
• Directly review complex tax returns and maintain regular client communication.
• Provide training and supervision to staff and review their work.
• Travel locally to client sites when required.
• Solicit new client relationships and participate in seminars to expand networking opportunities.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and apply knowledge to engagements.
