EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager for the Private Client Services (PCS) team. The role oversees multiple engagements, leads tax planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and drives client development and leadership initiatives.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to manage complex tax matters across hedge funds, trusts, estates, and charitable entities. Hybrid work with Pasadena options is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, prospect and contribute to the establishment of a sustainable business.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families, with emphasis on financial services clients such as hedge funds and private equity.
• Directly engage with clients to deliver innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions.
• Take on the primary review of complex tax returns and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, staff, and external vendors.
• Provide training and supervision to staff members, including reviewing their work.
