Job summary

EisnerAmper, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Tax Senior Manager within the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role emphasizes leadership, client stewardship, tax planning, and business development across hedge funds and related financial services clientele.

The position supports a hybrid work model with offices available in multiple locations. The successful candidate will mentor staff, oversee complex tax engagements, and collaborate with partners to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
8+ years of tax compliance experience.
Recent public accounting experience.
CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, and participate in business development.
Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families, focusing on hedge funds, private equity, and investment-related clients.
Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment and trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
Directly engage with clients to deliver innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions.
Lead primary review of complex tax returns and maintain client communication.
Train and supervise staff, reviewing their work and guiding development.
