Qualifications

• 4–6 years of law firm tax experience.
• Strong foundation in transactional tax, including M&A and financing work.
• Experience supporting emerging growth or middle-market companies preferred.
• Comfort advising on domestic and international tax structures.
• Excellent academic credentials and clear, precise communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the full spectrum of federal, state, and international tax matters tied to M&A, capital markets, equity financings, tech transfers and licensing.
• Work with corporate, capital markets and IP teams across offices on high-value matters.
• Interface directly with deal teams and run core components of transactions.
