Qualifications

• 4–6 years of law firm tax experience
• Strong grounding in transactional tax, including M&A and financing
• Experience supporting emerging growth or middle-market companies
• Comfort advising on domestic and international tax structures
• Excellent academic credentials and clear communication skills

Responsibilities

• Advise on federal, state, and international tax matters tied to M&A, capital markets, equity financings, tech transfers and licensing arrangements
• Collaborate with corporate, capital markets, and IP teams across offices
• Run core components of transactions and interface with corporate deal teams
