The role supports technology and life sciences companies across growth stages, spanning domestic and international tax matters including M&A, financing, licensing, and cross-border planning.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of law firm tax experience.
• Strong grounding in transactional tax, including M&A and financing work.
• Experience supporting emerging growth or middle-market companies preferred.
• Comfort advising on both domestic and international tax structures.
• Excellent academic credentials and clear, precise communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on federal, state, and international tax matters related to M&A, capital markets, equity financings, licensing and cross-border planning.
• Collaborate with corporate, capital markets, and IP teams to handle high-value matters.
• Run core components of transactions and interface with corporate deal teams.
