AmLaw 100 client seeks a Senior Tax Associate with 4–6 years of law firm tax experience to serve as a front-line advisor on federal, state, and international tax matters for technology and life sciences companies. You will work across M&A, financing, and licensing deals, interfacing with corporate deal teams in a nationally integrated tax group.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of law firm tax experience is required.
• Strong grounding in transactional tax, including M&A and financing work.
• Experience supporting emerging growth or middle-market companies preferred.
• Comfort advising on both domestic and international tax structures.
• Excellent academic credentials and clear, precise communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on full spectrum federal, state, and international tax matters related to deals and financing.
• Support transactions with M&A, capital markets, equity financings, and tech licensing considerations.
• Collaborate with corporate, capital markets, and IP teams to provide high-visibility tax guidance.
• Interact with deal teams and clients to run core components of transactions.
