Ideal candidate has a JD (class of 2022–2023) with 3–4 years of general transactional tax experience, strong writing, and the ability to provide clear, practical advice for deal teams under appropriate supervision.

• JD degree with 3–4 years of transactional tax experience
• Experience managing transaction components with appropriate supervision
• Strong writing and ability to provide clear, practical advice for deal teams
• Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required

Responsibilities

• Support M&A, acquisitions, and divestitures on the tax side
• Partnership and LLC structuring, joint ventures, and entity-level planning
• Private equity and fund formation support, plus financing and capital markets tax issues
• Real estate tax work, including fund formation and REIT-adjacent matters
